stopped up

I have a nasty cold.

Nice timing, I know.

And do you know what? I've come to the conclusion that it's really hard to sound authoritative when one's nose is utterly stuffed up.

Doe, son, that's not okay!

You need to sid and ged your body under condrol.

Uh oh. This is so sad, I see thad you are fidished with breakfast.

Ugh. Gross.

But I'm sure you'd take me seriously...right?

Hope you are feeling better soon. If this is any consolation, I have a friend who went into labor while suffering from a bad cold. She said that during labor, the cold went away and she could breathe. Once the baby was born, it all came back. I guess our bodies (and our Lord) know how much we can handle.

I'm a bit jealous that you have a voice at all! Mine was gone most of the weekend (while Jamie was away) and still hasn't completely returned. Try getting a 2 year old to listen when you have no voice. Whispered commands sound especially wimpy.

I hope you're better and rested up when Baby makes his/her appearance!
